Jessie Mahan believes that child care centers exist to help children reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing environment.
The Center was originally created in a housing project in 1958. Over the decades, its mission has stayed the same: offer quality education and child care for working parents and create a space where children can have that "aha!" moment of connection and understanding.
